Documented research system
Hydrotropism Analyzer
A research system developed and applied for controlled, quantitative measurement of root hydrotropism. It connected experimental design, time-series imaging, quantitative phenotyping, R analysis, and genetic interpretation.
The analyzer is not presented as a commercial product, downloadable application, or generally available instrument.
